UN Secretary-General Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric urged the donors to gather $52 million for the humanitarian aid to Donbas until winter. He reiterated that the plan of the UN humanitarian response for Ukraine in 2019 is funded by only 32% from the overall sum foreseen by the management.

Meanwhile, the 74th UN General Assembly got to work in New York. The agenda includes counteraction of Russia's armed aggression, the return of the annexed Crimea and the temporarily occupied Donbas.

These issues will be discussed over the next week. The Ukrainian delegation in New York will be chaired by President Volodymyr Zelensky.
