The Ukrainian government is going to impose sanctions against Russia - similar to the ones the White House announced recently. This is due to the decision of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, said the Council's Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov. According to him, Russian troops remain combat-ready at all times. 'Russia could bring 260,000 soldiers, about 3,500 tanks and 11,000 armored cars for a full-scale military action', he said.

One Ukrainian fighter deceased in the combat area in Donbas, another one sustained combat injuries. Russian militants increased the intensity of attacks, using a wide range of weaponry - from small arms to heavy mortars. The Ukrainian soldiers assume that the enemy troops go for a scheduled rotation.
