Ukraine, Ryanair sign agreement on cooperation; flights to start in October

Heads of Boryspil and Lviv airports signed agreements on the beginning of flights with Irish low-cost company Ryanair.

It is expected that first flights from Kyiv and Lviv will take place in October 2018, and Ryanair will transport about one million passengers over the first year of service, estimating that 40% of them will be EU citizens.

Ryanair added it will consider the possibility to organize the domestic aviation corps in Ukraine. Michael O'Leary, the CEO of Ryanair claimed this during the signing ceremony.
