Ukraine will not accept any excessive conditions in order to end the conflict in Donbas. However, the previous agreements need to be lived up to. Ukraine's Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko said this in an interview.

In Berlin, he met with representatives of Germany, Russia and France, as the sides are getting prepared for the Normandy Four session. According to Prystaiko, for the top-level negotiations to take place, the sides will have to clear the area around Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint of the explosives, dismantle the fortifications on the division line and repair the bridge over Siversky Donets river.

The Normandy Four member countries have not convened for a meeting since October 2016.
