Third meeting of EU-Ukraine association council

The third meeting of the Ukraine-EU Association Council kicked off in Brussels today. More than 10 agreements are expected to be signed today, specifically, the EU may allocate 104 million euros for Ukrainian civil service reform.

Besides, the documents on the cross-border cooperation and loans for the development of higher education may also be signed today.

The European Investment Bank is expected to reach agreement in terms of funding modernization of the Ukraine’s state run rail road company UkrZaliznytsya.

Ukrainian delegation to the Council is headed by the First Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv.
