St. Petersburg suicide bomber's identity confirmed by DNA expertise

Akbarjon Dzhalilov is the one responsible for the terrorist attack at SPb’s subway; forensics confirmed that, having analyzed the DNA sample that belonged to Dzhalilov, whom the Russian Investigation

Committee charged to be the one who set the bomb in the subway. Previously, the suicide bomber’s body was identified by his parents. Akbarjon Dzhalilov, Kyrgyz by origin, received Russian citizenship six years ago and lived in Russia ever since.

The terrorist attack at the subway occurred on April 3; the explosion thundered in the train as it was moving between Sennaya Square and Technological Institute stations. 14 people deceased, another 51 were injured.
