Schools open in Avdiivka after break caused by intense shooting

All schools in Avdiivka, Donetsk region, resumed their work – now that the shelling in the area is not so intense as before. More than 500 children came to schools on Monday. Pavlo Zhebrivskyi, the Head of the Donetsk regional military and civil administration reported that.

The electric power supply is already restored in 80% of the city’s buildings. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, two electric power lines are fixed now.

The works to restore the Avdiivka coke plant are currently underway. Besides, the works to fix the damaged residential buildings are planned for today.
