Russia sends its 60th humanitarian convoy to Donbas

Russia sent another, 60th humanitarian convoy to Donbas. This was stated on the official web-site of the Emergency Service of Russian Federation. This information was also confirmed by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

26 vehicles with the cargo of over 600 (six hundred) tons departed from Rostov region at four o’clock in the morning.

15 cars have already passed Matveev Kurgan checkpoint on the Russian side, and the rest of them await the procedure at Donetsk checkpoint.

Russian Emergency Service assures that the main part of the cargo is food packages for children and daily necessities.

At the same time, Ukraine’s Border Guard Service assistant head Oleh Slobodyan reported that one of the trucks in the column is a specialized vehicle for radiation, chemical and biological protection.
