Ukraine ready to exchange 200 detained pro-Kremlin mercenaries who fought against government troops in Donbas.

Head of Ukraine’s Security Service Vasyl Hrytsak said that after yesterday’s meeting of Minsk negotiation group in Belarus.

The Ukrainian side insists it fulfilled its part of commitments; Russia-backed militants, on the other hand, put off the process.

Currently, 127 Ukrainian hostages are staying in detention in the occupied Donbas.
