19:01, 16 December 2019

It's the last plenary week in the Ukrainian Parliament this year. During this week, the MPs plan to consider the presidential draft bill on changes to the Constitution that concern decentralization.

According to Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko, the document provides decentralization measures all over the country, which is foreseen by Minsk agreements.

On Tuesday, lawmakers plan to vote for the law on the land market. The profile committee already considered it.
