New York Attorney General to check Trump Foundation - the charity fund of the US presidential candidate against the law. This was announced by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

The foundation is suspected in "incorrect activity", though Attorney General didn't specify the actual kind of activity. Western media state that Trump, according to his tax reports, did not transferred money to his foundation during last eight years, but only received donations from others instead.

The Washington Post announced that they learned about cases of misuse of funds. In particular, the foundation spent 20 thousand dollars for a two-meter portrait of Trump.

The billionaire's headquarters called the inspection a political attack. They state the Attorney General is an open supporter of Hillary Clinton, Trump's competitor rival in presidential race.
