The Netherlands will decide the fate of Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement on November 1. This decree was adopted by the country’s parliament on Thursday evening.

The day before the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced that Amsterdam may never ratify the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement due to the results of the referendum of April 2016 when the Dutch voted “against” it.

According to the EU norms, the document should be unanimously ratified by every European government – EU member, before entering its legal force.
