NATO warships entered the waters of the Black Sea. Turkish media reported this, showing the video with a Dutch destroyer and two frigates from the NATO Standing Maritime Group 2 passed the Bosphorus and headed to the Ukrainian coast.

Two Russian Navy vessels escorted them in the Black Sea. By April 1, the Dutch, Spanish and Canadian ships are to join the NATO naval exercise near the port of Odesa. The Sea Shield drills will also involve Ukrainian and Georgian forces.
