A dreadful car crash took place in Kharkiv, northeastern Ukraine, on Wednesday evening. Two jeeps crashed into each other, and one of them ran over a crowd of bystanders. 20-year-old Alyona Zaitseva who drove Lexus RX ran over eleven people, killing five of them and injuring another six.

She was arrested and now may face up to ten years in prison, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said. It appears that Zaitseva, the daughter of a local businessman, previously violated road traffic several times and was fined for that.

Later, it turned out that one of the six injured bystanders is a pregnant woman; both mother-to-be and her fetus survived the accident.
