The U.S. Finance Department presented the Kremlin report at the consideration by the U.S. Congress.

The list contains 210 names, mostly the people from the close circle of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. These are top officials, leaders of state-run companies and 96 oligarchs. Among them are presidential secretary Dmitriy Peskov, presidential counselor Vladislav Surkov and many others.

The U.S. Finance Department added that there will be no automatic introduction of sanctions against these individuals, however, the risk increases.
