The Court ruled out to conduct pretrial investigation in absentia in the case against Former Ukrainian Head of State Fiscal Service Oleksandr Klymenko. The latter is suspected of creating a criminal organization, misappropriation and embezzlement of property through abuse of office, and sham business.

Now Klymenko is put on the international wanted list.

As it was reported, the Parliament of Ukraine adopted the law empowering pretrial investigation and conviction in absentia for ousted Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych and his allies.
