Hundreds of people are blocked due to a flood in Mexican state of Guerrero.

After heavy rains the river burst its banks, leaving dozens of villages cut off by water. The Mexican authorities deployed army troops under a disaster plan. The state of emergency is declared.

Hundreds of homes and schools are flooded, around 200 people are trapped.

People resent the fact that after the last big flood in 2013, the government has not harnessed the banks.
