EU extends anti-Russian sanctions for annexation of Crimea

The EU prolonged the ban on investments and sharing certain technologies with the occupied Crimea. Radio Liberty’s reporter Rikard Jozwiak reported that on Monday, June 19.

The restrictions included many various bans on imports of products from Crimea, on export of a number of goods and technologies, on investments in the Crimea and Sevastopol, and on tourist services. Thus, the sanctions remain at least until June 2018.
