Beskydy tunnel opened in western Ukraine; the capacity reaches 100 trains per 24 hours

The Beskydy tunnel was opened in Lviv region, western Ukraine on Thursday. This is one of the largest constructions that appeared in Ukraine over the past 15 years.

The two-line railway is above two kilometers in length, which allows to increase the capacity twice – up to 100 trains per 24 hours.
