An anti-Putin protest was held outside Russian embassy in Tel-Aviv on Tuesday evening. Several dozens of protesters condemned Russia’s operations in Syria and called to stop bombing of besieged Aleppo.

The activists were holding the portraits of the Russian President Vladimir Putin with "Syrian killer" written on top of them and the signs “Aleppo is burning”.

The organizers underline that both the Jews and the Arabs rallied together, which is an extremely rare expression of solidarity in Israel.

The Western countries accuse Russia in numerous casualties due to their airstrikes of the Eastern part of Aleppo. These regions are controlled by the rebels fighting against the President Bashar al Assad, who has always been a Moscow ally.

According to Russia, they are bombing the terrorist groups without hitting the civil targets.
