The National Council for TV and Radio Broadcasting refused to grant 112 Ukraine TV channel the broadcasting license. The channel lost the tender to Rada TV, the state-run TV channel, which will from now on enjoy the right to broadcast in the multichannel network MX-5 all over the territory of Ukraine.

Previously, starting from 2015, the National Council refused to re-process the license for 112 Ukraine TV channel 27 times, specifying a different reason for that every time. Meanwhile, the Council re-processed licenses for this channel’s direct competitors.

Besides, 112 Ukraine TV channel has at its disposal certain documents, which prove that the Council affected the tender’s course, offering one of the contestants the license for digital broadcasting a long time before the actual tender took place.
