The President’s Office of Ukraine is not ready to invite Russian leader Vladimir Putin to Kyiv as reported citing Office’s Head Andriy Yermak.

Answering the question of the journalist whether or not you are ready to invite Putin in Kyiv, Yermak said the next: “No, I do not find it correct”.

As we reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky offered his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to meet in any location of Donbas where there's war going on.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin replied to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky's offer about the meeting in Donbas. The politician said he was ready to meet in the Russian capital.

"If he wants to discuss issues related to Donbas, he should meet with leaders of DNR and LNR first (DNR,LNR - abbreviations for self-proclaimed "people's republics" in eastern Ukraine, - 112 International), and then with the Russian leader. But if he wants to discuss bilateral relations, he's welcome in Moscow at any convenient time", Putin said.

In his tern, the LNR head has expressed readiness to meet Zelensky at the front line.

According to Zelensky’s Spokesperson Yulia Mendel, the president of Ukraine will respond to the offer of Russia’s President Vladimir Putin to meet in Moscow.
