"It is necessary to find out what it is, this law on the special status. Still, it was the notion in the context of Minsk agreements, it has been discussed and the law has been adopted. So the law on the special status applies now (until the end of the year), you know... How it will be - now I repeat this, but it's the truth that we do not know how the law on the special status will turn. We are ready to discuss these issues both in the Normandy format and with the society of Ukraine," the President said.

As we reported, Ukrainian MPs supported extension of the law No. 9153 about special order of the local governance in the separate areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
