Ukraine will continue to do everything so that the next summit in the Normandy format takes place in April 2020. The President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this during a speech at the Munich Security Conference, which was broadcast by 112 Ukraine.
"Ukraine will continue to do everything so that the next summit of the leaders of Ukraine, Germany and Russia in the Normandy format takes place on an agreed date, namely in April 2020," the president said.
Zelensky added that the key task remains; it is to ensure the steady implementation of the agreements reached in Paris.
“Ukraine is ready and works on it every day. Every day, step by step, we move towards peace, but it is a two-way road and we really look forward to steps towards it,” the Ukrainian leader emphasized.
