President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will pay an official visit to Poland at the invitation of President Andrzej Duda on August 31 as the President’s Office reported.
The meetings with Polish President Andrzej Duda, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Marshal of the Senate Stanislaw Karczewski and businessmen are planed within the program of the visit.
Moreover, Ukraine’s President will participate in the remembrance activities in Warsaw dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the beginning of WWII. Zelensky will also hold the number of meetings with the leaders of the foreign states present there.
As it was reported earlier, Ukraine's President arrived in Turkey with the first official visit yesterday on August 7. It stands to mention that there was a threat to the disruption of the meeting due to the escalation in Donbas.
Earlier John Bolton, the U.S. National Security Advisor stated that U.S. President Donald Trump planned to meet his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky in Warsaw on September 1. However, Trump had to cancel all international visits due to the hurricane.
