The active phase of preparations for the meeting of presidents will begin after the May holidays.
"The Prime Minister of Israel Netanyahu has a trusting relationship with us and with Russia. Therefore, Jerusalem is a good option. There is another variant - Vienna. Both places are different in terms of security and ensuring equality of the parties," the source said.
Earlier, Zelensky said that a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin will take place for sure. He wanted to hold it in the Vatican.
"The Vatican is truly an ideal place for dialogue about peace. The Holy See is a global moral authority that always acts effectively as a mediator, as it is trusted by all parties to the conflict," Zelensky said.
