Zelensky in the Verkhovna Rada

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky submitted to the Verkhovna Rada bill # 6369 on dual citizenship for the diaspora. This information is on the website of parliament.

In addition, the president registered a draft law # 6368 on the grounds and procedure for acquiring and terminating Ukrainian citizenship.

Earlier, during his annual address to the Verkhovna Rada on December 1, Zelensky announced dual citizenship for the diaspora. According to him, the issue of multiple citizenship is important for Ukrainians living in the United States, Canada and the EU.

President noted that there are 65 million Ukrainians in the world.
