“We returned the sailors and political prisoners, but not all, I would very much like our people to celebrate the New Year with their families at home, in Ukraine. Therefore, for me this is a very personal and important issue. I really want a big exchange, which has the name "all for all," I’m interested in just all of us so that they are all at home," - Volodymyr Zelensky said.

In addition, the summit will discuss the possibility of a withdrawal of troops and the withdrawal of all illegal armed groups. It is planned to reach an agreement on the issue of holding local elections, with the participation of Ukrainian political parties and the presence of journalists and foreign observers.
