President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he would submit to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on dual citizenship for the diaspora as he stated during his speech at the Verkhovna Rada.

"An important component of our international policy is the support of the world Ukrainians. I know how important it is for Ukrainians living in the US, Canada, and the EU to have multiple citizenship issues. Today I am submitting a corresponding bill to parliament. There are 65 million of us. For the first time, Ukrainians from all over the world will feel not like a diaspora, not just people of Ukrainian origin, but Ukrainian citizenship, equal Ukrainians,” Zelensky said.

Today Volodymyr Zelensky spoke in the Verkhovna Rada with a message about the external and internal situation of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Ukrainian president stated that Ukraine begins a full-scale arrangement of the state border along the entire perimeter.
