“Dear Ukrainians! I would rather take the presidential oath in front of you, looking people in their eyes. However, unfortunately, according to the legislature, it supposed to take place in the hall of the Verkhovna Rada, in front of MPs. I invite everyone who wants to the Mariinsky Park on the morning on May 20, from which I will go to the Verkhovna Rada,” Zelensky wrote.
According to the report, the big screens will be set in the Mariinsky park, on which the inauguration will be broadcasted.
“Here on the big screens, you will be able to see my oath to you. To feel that you are nearby,” Zelensky wrote.
