President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk and decided to his government the chance to work further. President’s Office Facebook page published video of the meeting.

“I received from you today a letter of resignation and, in connection with the latest conflict situations, or with scandals, as you like, let's say, with a very unpleasant situation. You know what my personal attitude towards you is, and my personal attitude to your ministers. I thought, and it seems to me that this will be right, I decided to give you a chance and a chance to your government if you decide some of the points that are very important and very exciting for our society today," - Zelensky said during a meeting with the prime minister

In particular, they discussed optimizing the work of the Cabinet of Ministers, the issue of accruing fair salaries to ministers and top managers of state-owned companies, the release of heads of ministries that have not achieved real results, and the establishment of a dialogue with parliament
