Zelensky decides who to represent Ukraine on Chemical Weapons Prohibition Conference

Ukraine will be represented on the International Conference, which will take place in the Netherlands, by six officials who are diplomatists, security forces and experts od the chemical industry

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky decided to send diplomatists security forces and experts of the chemical industry to represent the country on the Conference on Prohibition of the Chemical Weapons in the Netherlands. The conference will be held in November 2019. The staff of the delegation is formed by the Decree No. 772/2019 and published on the official Presidential website.

Thus, Ukraine will be represented by the following officials:

Chentsov Vsevolod - Ukraine's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Permanent Representative to the Organization of the Prohibited Chemical Weapons, Head of the delegation.

Nimchynskyi Ruslan - the Director-in-Charge of the International Security Department of Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Head of the delegation. 

Homel Dmytro - the Head of the Office of the weapons of radiological, chemical and biological protection, Deputy Head of the Forces of radiological, chemical and biological protection of Ukraine's Armed Forces. 

Zadorozhniy Oleksandr - the Deputy Director of the Department of Industrial Policy.

Sokyrka Serhiy - the Head of the Department on military security issues to the Office of the president of Ukraine. 

Trotskyi Serhiy - the First Secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Funding for the participation of Ukrainians is assigned to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
