President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky created the Office of the President having reorganized the Administration of the President and downsized the number of the personnel, as the President’s decree No. 417/2019 as of June 20 reads.
“To create an Office of the President of Ukraine by reorganization and a staff reduction of the Administration of Ukraine’s President. The Office of the President of Ukraine is a permanent subsidiary body, the main task of which is an organizational, legal, advisory, informative, analytical and other ways of enforcement of presidential mandate provided by the Constitution of Ukraine,” the decree reads.
As it was reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the priority of his activity with the members of the Supervisory Board of Yalta European Strategy (YES).
Zelensky told the YES representatives that the establishment of peace in Ukraine, defense of its sovereignty and restoration of the territorial integrity, implementing of the reforms, strengthening of the defense capacity of the state, provision of the conditions of the successful development of the country are among priorities of his activity.
