Zelensky approves several dismissals of SBU leaders

President Volodymyr Zelensky signed personnel decrees on the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine, as the press service of the head of state reports.

In decree, Zelensky dismissed Vitaliy Malikov from the position of first Deputy Head of the SBU.

The second document is the dismissal of Oleg Valendyuk, who worked as Head of the SBU's headquarters in Kyiv city and Kyiv region.

Another decree of Zelensky dismissed Vitaliy Mashkov from the position of Head of the Antiterrorist Center under the SBU.

According to ZN.UA, Zelensky will appoint Major General Oleg Kozlovsky as the first Deputy Head of the SBU. Kozlovsky will be represented at the SBU Board on May 31. Kozlovsky has served as deputy head of the National Police, the head of the department of operational support since January 2019.
