“Recently, I proposed the owners of big business - Rinat Akhmetov, Viktor Pinchuk, Ihor Kolomoysky to join the financing of social projects. I have not yet met with others, I am going to…For example, Mr. Pinchuk will provide the apartments to families of 24 of our captive sailors and will continue to deal with the problems of social assistance for all the servicemen. It is our agreement. With Mr. Rinat Akhmetov, we not only reached an agreement on the abolition of the Rotterdam+ formula but agreed that he would invest in medicine, roads, and infrastructure of Donbas. You have already seen the first results: 200 ambulances for city and village hospitals throughout the country. Mr. Ihor Kolomoysky will invest a lot of money in the infrastructure of Donbas, but he still does not know about it,” Zelensky said.

At the same time, he noted that these people will not receive any preferences. “But neither to them nor to business representatives, I do not offer any preferences, only honest, the same rules for all - no monopolies, only the rules with which we, as a country, can win,” Zelensky said.
