Ukraine is not ready for a dialogue with the separatists, we are talking about the readiness to continue work in the Minsk format. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at a briefing after a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, broadcasted
by 112 Ukraine.

“It seems to me that it's a small mistake here. We are not ready for a dialogue with the separatists. We are ready to act in the Minsk format. We are ready to continue relations in the Minsk format,” he said in response to the statement by Macron.

Prior to this, the French president noted that "the president of Ukraine gave signs and gestures for his part, that he is ready for a ceasefire and is ready for dialogue with the separatists, ready for new parameters of negotiations."
Earlier we reported that Zelensky came to Paris with a working visit. The leader of the Ukrainian state visited Station F, the startup incubator before his official meeting. Zelensky spoke with the IT forum representatives. He claimed he came to power to fight corruption and develop the IT technologies.

'All innovations mean a lot to me. My major goal was fighting corruption, as well as innovations and the digital sector. Our idea is to create a country in the smartphone, and we're gathering strong people with clear views, working on that program, and I think we will surely do that; I guess our guys will stay to work in Ukraine, too', he said.
