"With the aim of saving of Ukrainian parliamentarianism from me and Ukrainian journalism from reports of Bykvu, which may face articles No. 163 and 182 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Taking into consideration small political blackmail of those parliamentary factions, I wrote the statement about the resignation," the MP wrote.
He added that he would publish a photocopy of the statement on his page today no later that at 11 p.m.
Bohdan Yaremenko will pass the statement to Razumkov if the decision on his resignation is adopted by the Servant of the People political party.
Earlier, the Servant of the People Party did not see reasons to punish the head of the Committee of Foreign and Inter-Parliamentary Policy and Inter-parliamentary Cooperation Bohdan Yaremenko for the sex scandal in Verkhovna Rada.
