The lawyer of the ex-president Viktor Yanukovych Joseph Hage said that the AVERLEX lawyers association monitor all violations of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine in ex-president Viktor Yanukovych’s cases, reports 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“We, along with the lawyers in Ukraine called AVERLEX monitoring the situation and monitoring the conduct of the Prosecutor General and anything he says or does that violates our client’s rights, we will, in due course, take whatever actions we need to protect those rights and that means also taking action in any foreign courts, including the European Court of Human Rights if the Prosecutor General continues to violate any of their rights,” Joseph Hage said.

Earlier it was reported that Yanukovych takes Ukraine to European Court of Human Rights. Ukrainian prosecution authorities are under huge political pressure, the UK defense lawyer of the former President claimed.
