State lawyer of Ukraine’s ex-president Viktor Yanukovych Maxim Gerasko claims that there is no audio record of interrogation of former Ukrainian ambassador to the UN Yuriy Sergeyev in court and will apply for a second interrogation. He told journalists about this before the court session.

"Officially, every court session is recorded by recording device, it should be an audio recording. It is absent. There is no disc with Sergeyev's interrogation, so I will file a petition for a second interrogation of Sergeyev, since I consider it necessary. Later, without this interrogation and without the possibility for lawyer to read the case materials in full, it is impossible to hear the case, "he said.

The session was broadcasted on YouTube by the Prosecutor General's Office.

As it was reported earlier $200 million were confiscated from Yanukovych’s circle returns to Ukraine. Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko personally came to the office of one of Kyiv banks.
