The session of the Obolon Court of Kyiv on the consideration of the state treason case of the ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych did not take place due to the absence of the lawyers. A chief judge announced the break until April 18 as 112 Ukraine broadcasted.

‘the court always had been building this criminal process based on the competitiveness and provision of the right for the defense of the accused Viktor F. Yanukovych, therefore, of course, the court is forced to announce the break until 10 am, April 18 once more. Talking about the response towards the defense, the court will estimate their actions in conjunction with their further action in this particular trial’, the judge said.
