If Yanukovych defense does not delay the familiarization with the materials of the state treason case, the indictment will be sent to the court in February. This was reported during the briefing, broadcast by “112 Ukraine” TV channel, by the prosecutor Ruslan Kravchenko.

“If the defense does not hesitate with its right to review the materials of pre-trial investigation, I believe that the indictment will be sent to the court in February. But if they try to delay the case, I can’t predict the terms,” Kravchenko said.

It is noteworthy that today the defense of Yanukovych refused to review the files of the state treason case.
