U.S. President Donald Trump will have a meeting with Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea only if North Korean governance takes “specific steps”, Sarah Sanders, White House Press Secretary, informed.
According to her, Trump “accepted the invitation because there will be specific and verifiable actions” from North Korea.
As we reported earlier, Donald Trump wrote about a meeting planned with Kim Jong Un on Twitter.
Kim Jong Un talked about denuclearization with the South Korean Representatives, not just a freeze. Also, no missile testing by North Korea during this period of time. Great progress being made but sanctions will remain until an agreement is reached. Meeting being planned!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) 9 марта 2018 г.
