"I believe that we are already at the end of this agreement. The meeting of the TCG, primarily of the subgroup on security, will be tomorrow, it will be continued. It seems to me that all parties have already agreed on everything. They have not agreed only on the documentary wording of this agreement," Zelensky said.
Meanwhile, Volodymyr Zelensky proposes to expand the Normandy format to seven countries. He wants the United States, Canada, and Britain to take part in the talks.
The Ukrainian president also proposes to change the Minsk process. According to Zelensky, there are two options.
"It (the Minsk process) should serve the purposes of the present, not the past. There are two options: we can change the Minsk Protocol, adjust it. Or we can use some other format. Speed matters. The pace of this process is important, we lose people every day," he said.
