Water supply in Avdiivka and a number of other settlements in Donetsk region restored after the repairmen of the South-Donbas water conduit, as the message of the Ukrainian side of the Joint Monitoring Centre for Control and Coordination posted on Facebook says.
“Under a joint coordination of the Ukrainian side of the Joint Monitoring Centre for Control and Coordination, the members of Donbas Water public utility eliminated four outbreaks of the first and second lines of the South-Donbas water conduit. Water supply in Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Kurakhovo, Pavlopil, Selidovo and Volnovakha is restored,” the message says.
It was also noted that another working stage began. It deals with the strengthening of the dams of the tailings ponds of the first and second line of Toretsk phenolic plant.
Earlier, on September 6, Donetsk filtering station was left without power because of bad weather. Therefore, water supply in Avdiivka was stopped. It was reported that Avdiivka residents would get water by the clock from the reservoir.
