Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of Fatherland party, thinks that the death of Mikhail Tolstykh, a.k.a. Givi, the commander of “Somalia” armed unit, is not an event that should be discussed at high level. She reported this on air of “112 Ukraine” TV channel.
“I would not discuss these events on such high level, because this person actually killed himself the moment he took the first life of Ukrainian soldier,” Tymoshenko said.
At the same time, she noted that the war does not end with his death. “The aggression which unfolded with renewed vigor has not decreased,” the people’s deputy added.
Members of the self-styled Donetsk People’s Republic reported that their high-ranked commander, Mikhail Tolstykh, a.k.a Givi was killed at 6.12 a.m. Kyiv time, in what they claim to be a ‘terrorist attack by Ukraine’.
