Ukraine’s Security Service officers arrested a wanted militant of the illegal armed forces in Luhansk region. This was reported by the SBU press service.

It was found out that in 2014 a resident of Lutuginsky district joined terrorists. He guarded the ammunition depot in Stakhanov for two years, was in the ‘cossack’ bandit group of Nikolay Kozitsin, guarded a checkpoint for the separatist facility on the outskirts of Luhansk, and also worked as a driver in the military unit.

Security Service of Ukraine declared the criminal wanted in February 2016. They detained him near the line of demarcation in the vicinity of Stanytsia Luhanska village when trying to go to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities on private business.
