Volker hopes Russia to agree on prisoners exchange

The U.S. Special Representative to Ukraine Kurt Volker hopes that Russia will agree on prisoners’ exchange and if it works, this will result in direct cooperation of the presidents Zelensky and Putin, as he wrote on Twitter.

According to the American diplomat, if the exchange takes place, this will be the “result of direct cooperation of the presidents Zelensky and Putin”.

As it was reported, on July 16 the advisors of the leaders of Normandy Four states (Ukraine, Germany, France, Russia) agreed on the exchange of prisoners within a month.
