Observers of the OPORA civilian network exposed the violations that could significantly influence the results of the local elections in some united territorial communities as OPORA stated.

“The violations spotted by the observers could significantly influence the results of the expression of will in particular territorial communities,” the message said.

It is noted that the representatives of the civilian networks exposed quite mass violations of the procedures of the organization of the elections and election campaign, incidents with non-observance of order of election campaigning and attempts of bribery of voters. Besides, the observers spotted the abuse of administrative resources and distortion of the procedure of change of the electoral address.

Earlier, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Ingibjörg Solrun Gisladottir stated that the process of local elections in Ukraine took place smoothly and was transparent.
