The Ministry of the Interior declares that violations at the presidential elections are not systemic and will not affect the results of the voting. This is reported by the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mykhailo Apostol, reports Ukrainian News.

"There are violations, but they are not systematic and cannot be considered as such that may affect the election results," he said.

At the same time, the Interior Ministry noted that gross violations were not reported.

The police opened 5 criminal cases on the fact of violation of the secrecy of the vote, namely, the public demonstration of the ballot by the voter.

According to Mykhailo Apostol, the number of reported violations is a record for all the years of voting, but, in his opinion, is associated with an increase in citizens' confidence in the police.
