Video of Odesa military unit raid hit the internet

Ukraine’s Armed Forces state that 40 people attempted to raid and to seize part of the territory of the military facility in Odesa today

The video displays a group of men in black masks near the military facility. A digging machine demolishes the fence of the military unit.

The video shows police officers, watching the actions of those who gathered there.

  

As it was reported earlier, about 40 people attempted to raid and to seize part of the territory of the military facility in Odesa today, which is the property of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This was reported by the head of Armed Forces press center  Roman Yurchylo in the comments to 112 Ukraine TV channel.



According to Yurchylo, the raiders position themselves as representatives of the City Center Shopping and Entertainment complex. People in balaclavas partially dismantled the fence of the military unit A3571 and took out military property.

Later, Ruslan Forostyak, the adviser to the head of the National Police in Odesa region, reported that Odesa region police denied official statement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the seizure of military unit near Odesa. According to the law enforcers, ordinary builders arrived and started working near the base territory, but not on it.
